Our Journey

“Notre Via roughly translated to English is “Our Journey”. The journey of all Mankind- our history, our evolution, our dreams, and our experiences depicted through art and crafted by the people of this expedition.”

Exploring Our History

Our story has thus far been a bit of an enigmatic one. On the grand scale- from the dawn of mankind to present day- we only have pieces of our history with timelines that are even sometimes subject to change. Archeologists are not even all in agreement on the timeline of civilization’s inception, some findings support around 4000 B.C., while others suggest 6000 B.C. The discovery of Gobekli Tepe in 1963, identified in 1995, presents the argument that the first complex human society emerged no later than 10,000 BC and moreover, who’s to say a modern day dig won’t reveal an ancient site predating this wonder. To take it further, how did humanity arrive to the development of these structures? What else could be buried beneath us? What precisely was the catalyst to build the first monuments? There are gaps in our story and the blackholes in between what we hold true can be more fascinating than the pieces of our tale that we have. Let’s explore this together, we may just go where no one’s been.

Experiencing Today

For the iconic situations, studies and breakthroughs of modern society we express and symbolize through art. Everything from emergence of meme culture to the origins of AI and quantum computing are arguably integral to our journey. Visualizing the effects of past events on the present can be inspiring.

According to our records the concept of artificial intelligence has existed since as early as 400 BCE. Today machine learning is advancing faster than any other scientific field.
