We desire to develop a trusting relationship with you by providing the best Supporter Assistance (Customer Service) available and by empowering you to be a part of the ongoing development of this system.
Returns
-Please be patient with us as these are our first official steps into this journey with you. By embarking on this frontier please understand that you are becoming a founder in something greater than all of us, the greater good of humanity. Along these first steps there may be missed flaws, but we will do our best to rectify such issues swiftly and efficiently, with as little cost to you as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate return for a full refund within 7 days of delivery- as long as the items have not been used. Should you wish to make a return after this grace period, please contact us directly- these situations will be managed on a case-by case basis and may be subject to peer review. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect every item upon delivery.
